I suspect this may turn out to be diagnostically helpful, although a single night isn’t a pattern.
It’s a disruption in a strong pattern.
Yesterday, the doctor listened to my concerns about the Strattera. My sleep had gotten more disjointed than ever, I was groggy and fuzzy frequently and it felt like I was taking idiot pills.
So he switched me from that to Adderall XR, expressing the concern that since it was an amphetamine it would interfere with my sleep even more.
Last night I slept completely through. I didn’t wake up once, and this morning I feel fine. I actually can’t recall the last time I actually slept through the night completely, but I’m hoping this turns into a
trend. This sleeping through the night thing is kind of nice!
