Anyhoo, I’ll be dropping that running schedule into my Moto Q tomorrow at work so I can have something beep at me and remind me of when to run and what I’m to do as part of that run.
Add to that the attractive offer from Ali to be a workout partner in exchange for gym access and I could actually achieve something. It’ll
be nice to actually have my body back in some semblance of fitness and do away with the back pain I’ve had for so long.
Add to that the fact I should be able to start the champix program again in two weeks and things are definitely looking up. Between fitness commitments and eliminating smoking… January next year should be a lot better fitness-wise
